I called in a Monday afternoon and was able to get an appointment on Tuesday. The technician was friendly and efficient. He had my issue fixed very quickly and was professional. The prices was extremely reasonable!!! Overall experience was better than anything that wizard place gives.

Dales Appliance Repair: they diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator very quickly and made necessary repairs. He was very professional and explained what he was doing step by step during the repair. He is the most knowledgeable appliance repair person that I have ever had. Work was completed in a timely manner and very reasonable $$$. Dales Appliance Repair is my go to place from this time forward.

Dale's Appliance Service did a superb job at repairing and cleaning my dryer. It was sparkling clean once he left my house! He even prevented a fire by doing such a thorough cleaning! Services were very reasonable as well. I give him a 5 plus stars & highly recommend his services. He was the only company I could find that works on Samsung & LG appliances. I had a Samsung dryer that had not been working for over a month. I tried every local repair store and every single one said that they wouldn't repair a Samsung! I called Dale and he said that he would be willing to repair it. I set up an appointment almost immediately. He showed up exactly on time and he was very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and had my dryer up and running in about an hour! His price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend him! If I ever have another problem with any appliance, I will definitely be calling Dale!

I am so impressed with Dale and his abilities! He not only is professional, kind, helpful, but always helps us when something happens to our appliances. He is incredible and I cannot recommend him enough! Not to mention he has worked on (and fixed) our Samsung dryer when no one else around here could. 10/10 Recommend!

Dale’s appliance has a great diagnostic fee, 75$ and no additional time cost. Others do. He was able to do a diagnostic, make the repair and have my dishwasher back to operational in less than 45 mins. Fantastic knowledge with an engineering background. Will be my go to for all appliances from here on out.

We had a refrigerator go out on a Thursday afternoon. Dale responded that day. Other places told us it would be several days. He diagnosed and got parts ordered. As soon as parts arrived he came back out and fixed it and now its working great. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Great guy and very reasonable! Would highly recommend over any other in the area!

Called Friday evening about an awful noise coming from the freezer. They were able to come out the next day to check it out. Arrived on time and had it fixed within an hour. Great service I can't recommend them enough.
